Ahh, so here we are again. Nozomu walked into the classroom quietly. He was there early, and the room was empty, which was fine with him. He'd like to make himself familiar with the room before actually teaching in it. It was kind of desolate, actually. The walls were bare and white, the desks clean and lacking graffiti. He wondered how new everything was as he walked behind the teachers' desk, and sitting behind it. He opened the drawers and found that most of them were empty, save for a few random office supplies. Looking on the top of the desk, he saw a class roster. He didn't recognize any of the names, but that didn't really matter. He'd learn who was who when they got there.
He got up, turning to the chalkboard behind him and began to write his name. "...Itoshi.." His hand hesitated to finish. Writing his name on the board suddenly felt like a really bad idea. His name had so much bad luck associated with it, he didn't want to spread it around to his students. The would be most unfortunate. He made a fist and rubbed his hand against the blackboard, erasing what he'd just written, the dust quickly smearing onto his hand. Nozomu would introduce himself verbally, that way he wouldn't curse the class with his luck... Hopefully. Maybe he should introduce himself with a different name. It's not like he was really familiar with all the staff yet, and he was far from anyone back home. Yes, that was a fine idea. "Ito Sensei" That's what he'd be called. "Ito" was a common enough surname, and it was a part of his name.
He smiled at the thought of it. But.. What if he ran into someone he knew? What would they think, then? What if something happened back home and he had to leave, and his students followed him? What would they think if he'd lied to them for so long?! How would he explain himself then?! The teacher fell forward, his head hitting the chalkboard with a loud thud. The day hadn't even started yet and he was already spiraling into despair. Perhaps he should go see the counselor, but that would make him late, wouldn't it? Besides, the counselor was for the students, not for fellow staff..right? He'd just have to deal with this on his own. He wondered if there was any rope nearby, but he doubted it. He'd probably have to go to the gym to obtain some, and that would just take too much time.
The teacher gripped his head and let out a frustrated yell. Bad day, Bad Day, BAD DAY! He began beating his head into the chalkboard, not caring who saw.

Ryo walked down the halls of the academy, throwing his sling bookbag over his left shoulder and digging for his schedule. He studied it hard as he fished it out (also taking out some grape-flavored gum.) OK, he had History class; A subject that he wasn't too fond of though he wasn't bad at it nontheless. If it anything like his first year, then it should run smoothly with him doing a lot better than he did last year... yeah right. If anything, Ryo was more 'goofy' this year than he was last year. Focusing without getting into trouble would be a miracle for the red-head. Still, he would try his best not to get on the teacher's nerves. After all, being friends with the teacher could rack up some "End of the year, urgent point to pass" points, though most teachers wouldn't do that, even if you was related to them (Recalling memories from his old school).
As he was getting nearer to the class, thoughts about his teacher began rushing through his mind. What if he was a strict, no fun, serious person? Ryo hated those kinds of teachers and often left 'presents' in their classroom whenever they would mistreat a student, usually him. That hadn't happened yet in Chocolat' Academy, yet Ryo always had a trick up his sleeve. Ryo growled and tightened his fist, then fixed his glasses.
"I won't allow him to get over on me!" He muttered to himself. He then started to think again. What if the teacher was a push-over and had no backbone? That would make class chaotic and too easy, then everything would just be out of place. Ryo sighed and looked at the room door. He would have to see for himself.
As he opened the door, he saw the teacher's head slam into the chalkboard. Ryo jumped and raised an eyebrow. He wanted to go over and see if the teacher was alright, then again, it probably wouldn't be such of a good idea. Ryo dropped his bag to the floor trying not to make much noise as he watched the 'show'. He had to admit, this was somewhat comedic.
This class can't be that hard, could it? He thought, blowing a bubble and sliding to his chair which was in the middle of the class. Looking around, waiting for the other students, he decided to introduce himself before the teacher gave himself a concussion. He stopped chewing his gum and shouted, trying to get the teacher's attention.
"Hey, are you OK? Want me to get the nurse?" He asked

Nozomu had completely zoned out listening to the thuds his head made against the blackboard. He didn't even notice the other person until he was asked if he wanted a nurse. Immediately he stopped with his display and whipped around, his thinking a little foggy. No, no! Of course not. He didn't need a nurse! Nozomu had forgotten where he was for a moment, smiling blankly he tried to recall what was going on. No matter, what he was doing couldn't have possibly been too important. He sat down at his desk and looked at the things on top of it, seeing if that would help him recall anything. He was the roster and it clicked. That's right, he was teaching a class today, wasn't he? Good, good, now if he could only remember where he was, eveything would be alright.
"Ah, Good morning!" The teacher smiled and raised his hand in a semi-wave. It wasn't a very warm gesture, but it was the most friendly greeting he could ever muster. There was a bright red, oblong circle on his forehead from repeatedly smashing his face into the board, but he didn't pay it any mind. He was most likely oblivious that it was even there. His glasses were slightly askew, tilting a little to the left. The teacher didn't bother to reach up and correct them, either. "Now, now what's your name?" He didn't realize that he had failed to answer the question about the nurse out loud. The teacher looked down at the roster, but not reading it. He was trying to read it, but none of the words were really registering quite yet.
The teacher mumbled quietly to himself, the first stages of a headache making it hard to think. "..Bah, no matter." Nozomu was talking to himself, tossing the class roster onto the floor. "Let's get started shall we?" Nozomu stood and wrote his name on the board behind him vertically. (completely forgetting that it was the reason why he was smashing his face into it, in the first place) And failing to realize that there was only one student in his class at the moment. He turned and smiled. " ..What was your name, again?"

Ryo flashed a fake smile at the teacher, drumming his fingers on the table while backing up his chair. The teacher had smashed his head to the wall repeatedly and came out smiling, not showing any signs of him being hurt. Though, the big circle in the middle of his forehead was an obvious that screamed that a migrane would approach. Ryo wanted to point it out, however he couldn't bring himself to say it.
"There's a big..." He said placing a finger in the middle of his own forehead. If he didn't get the message like that, then Ryo point him to a mirror. Though it wouldn't become a huge topic throughout the day (though he hoped it would become an excuse for a day without teaching), Ryo wondered why the teacher was delibertly bashing his head on the board. The guy didn't look insane, then again looks could be deciving. He tried to play it off as if nothing had happened, when clearly the proof was in eyeshot. Ryo stood and stopped chewing his gum, only to adress his name to his new teacher.
"Suzuki, Ryo," He said rather unenthusiastically. Ryo hated to say his name in front of the class. An obvious pet peeve of his, ever since kindergarten. Mostly because the teacher would say his last name or his dreaded middle name instead of adressing him as simply, Ryo. Since he was the only person in the class, it wasn't so bad.
"Are you sure that you're alright? That looked like it was very painful," He pointed out. Ryo slid back into his chair and switched the gum, placing the old one under the seat. He looked around and was about to speak until he was asked for his name again.
"Suzuki...Ryo," He said raising his eyebrow. History class would be a weird one this year. "What about your name?"
The bell rang which meant it was time for the full class to come in. He nodded and moved his bookbag under his feet after taking out his textbook, notebook, and a pen.
"Hey, teach, why don't you have a seat before you hit the ground and pass out? That hit to the head was kinda brutal."

"..A big..?" Nozomu ran his fingers over his own forehead, wondering what on Earth the boy was talking about. What about his forhead would be such a big deal that it had to be pointed out? Nozomu flattened his fingers and rubbed the giant red mark, oblivious. Was he growing a horn? If so, he didn't feel it, but perhaps the student was concerned that he might. "..Now, now. Don't be ridiculous! There's no horn growing there, I'm no demon!" The teacher smiled and waved his hand, dimissing the topic completely. How silly, the students at this school were silly. If Itoshiki were a demon then he would've killed everyone and left by now.. Or something like that. Or maybe he'd be the one killed and hung from a tree as a warning for others like himself. Bah, nonsense. A bunch of it nonsense.
The teacher was spacing out again, and he stood there, staring blankly at his class. He patted the board behind him, ignoring the fact that he was asked if he was alright, again. "I am Itoshiki Nozomu. Itoshiki Sensei." He hit the board as he spoke, "Welcome to my history class, I will tell you right now that this year will be no fun! In my class you will learn all the horrible mistakes of the past, and present, and how badly each of you will mess up in the future!" The teacher spoke as if all of it was good news, and to him it was! He'd be informing the children of how horrible the world is, and there was nothing they could do about it! ".. But fear not, my students. As well as bad things there are good, right? There are just more bad things than good things in the world, and that's a fact that you'll just have to learn to cope with..."
Nozomu folded his arms, and glanced over the occupants of the room. They looked like a cheerful bunch for the most part, and he wondered how he'd remember everyone there. He looked to the student who had suggested that he sit down before he passed out, Suzuki Ryo was his name, and simply waved it off. "Now, don't worry about me" Nozomu looked to the window, " it's useless, anyway." he added darkly, he clapped suddenly, enthusiasm returning to his voice. " Ah, so first things first.. How about everyone introduce themselves? That way we'll learn who you are, and I can check for attendance. I'll start. You know my name, I'm the youngest son in my family and my favorite novel is Dazai Osamu's No Longer Human. Now, We'll start with the front and criss-cross until we've covered everyone, understand? Stand up when your turn arrives and speak loudly so everyone can hear. "

Ryo brought his hand to his face and miserably shook it. Either the teacher was really oblivious to the big landing pad on his forehead or he did that for giggles. Either way, it did bring a smile on Ryo's face and gave him an idea that the history teacher wouldn't be so bad. Then he started babbling on about demons, something that made Ryo want to pull his head down on his own table. There was no horn growing from his forehead, but he would be a great target if the archery club wanted to practice on a live target. Ryo nodded, opened his notebook and wrote the teacher's name down in script letters.
"Nice to meet you Itoshiki Sensei," Ryo said clicking his pen down and jumping a bit when the teacher hit the board. Now he wanted to get serious? He had to say, the teacher had some type of split personality. Ryo rolled his eyes when the teacher delcared that his class wouldn't be fun. Just his luck, but that was high school. Ryo could never catch a break in an easy class. Itoshiki Sensei did speak the truth in some points -- there was more bad things in the world than good. Hey, mabye he wasn't as loopy as he thought.
Ryo looked at the students enter the room, him spotting some out from last year or just wandering in the hallways. He groaned loudly, he would have to announce his name again. Just then, an idea popped in his head.
"Itoshiki Sensei! A question! Tell us about yourself before we share our names with you, huh?" Ryo would do anything to avoid standing up and announcing his name in the class. Some people in the class already knew it, he would just feel like it would be a waste of time.
