Soft blue eyes narrowed up at the brilliantly blue sky. Hair was in it's usual style, as Larxene lounged underneath a weeping willow. It was lunchbreak, and she fidgeted with that ridiculously short skirt that the girls had to wear. Grumbling obscenities under her breath, she shifted a little in the way she was sitting, slightly tucking her legs underneath her. She ran a hand through that perfect hairstyle of hers, and opened her..ugh sewing book. Why of all the courses she could have POSSIBLY joined did she join sewing? She pricked her fingers at least 20 times in a lesson, and the last one had nearly gotten the entire class electrocuted.
She stared blankly at the dress pattern in the book, her eyes flashing angrily. It was that damn silver dress she was supposed to be making that was giving her hell. She had screwed up so much on it. She slammed the book shut, and took out a fashion magazine instead. She kicked off her shoes to get a little more comfortable, sighing lightly at the breeze that fluttered past her.
"..I guess it's not so bad of a day' She muttered and shrugged a little, looking around after raising her gaze from the magazine.

Axel was in hell.
No, wait--hell would've been more comfortable. After enjoying the nearly boundless authority of the Organization, not to mention the convenient ability to create a portal into a Corridor of Darkness at a whim, it was just plain annoying to return to the same dull humdrum he'd spent all of his life as a Somebody trying to escape. But the world here didn't seem to allow for the portals, and his only hope of finding Roxas or Sora was to enroll and stick around or risk getting banned from campus.
He inhaled with a rustle of irritation, running a hand through his hair. Win some, lose some. Not that undermining a school would be as easy as taking the reins of the Organization, and with Xemnas in the seat of power as usual and Saïx nowhere to be found, Axel was in a fix.
So he set out to explore the grounds, more to map them out in his head than anything else. The important thing was to find Roxas, Sora, Saïx, and whoever else made sense, get an idea of the situation, and figure out how to work it in his favor. Xemnas could wait until then.
'Ssuming he doesn't track me down and Dusk me on sight, that is. Even Saïx was ready t...oh~?
He stopped short, eyebrows shooting up as his eyes narrowed to amused slivers of jade. There was someone sitting under the tree not far away, turned enough that she wasn't facing him and probably hadn't seen him, and he'd recognize those blond feelers anywhere. He made his way over there, parting the weeping willow's leaves like a curtain as he spoke--amused, but colored with a dark tone.
"Well hello, Larxene."
Larxene had always been petty and flirty and selfish and dangerous, and while Axel had never "liked" her to any degree, she'd served as a beautiful little distraction from his own subtle interrogations. Now, though, Marluxia and Vexen were no longer concerns and Larxene herself was going to be the difficult one. He didn't imagine she'd forgiven him for betraying them, even if he wasn't the one to take her hollow life--but Axel appreciated the risk, knowing it would be better for him in the long run if he was able to force her back into a semblance of submission.

"Well hello, Larxene." That voice..that horribly, irritating annoying purr-like voice dared to break into Larxene's thoughts. Antennae fluttering a little as she looked up, her eyes were cold and had a flash of anger in them. Blue gaze narrowing she pursed her lips in disapproval. Great, what else could possibly annoy her more than that idiotic redhead known as Axel, nothing, that's what. She wiped the ticked off look off her face and replaced it with a cute little smile that was quite obviously fake. Great...It's Axel...like I needed someone llike him to disrupt my otherwise perfect day..[/i] though, perfect could HARDLY describe the day so far.
"Axel, how pleasent to see you again..doing well I assume?" She stated in a rather sarcastic-toned voice. She shut the magazine she was reading and placed it beside her, crossing a leg over the other as she looked at the annoying pyro. He had betrayed Marluxia and her, and had gotten them BOTH killed. She was still quite sore about that and the way she was tensed, showed that quite strongly.
"What brings you outside and out this far?"[/b] She inquired, attempting to sound as pleasent as possible, but the ticked off Nymph was hardly pleasent on a day like this, her delicate, long beautiful fingers were marred by tiny pinpricks from those horrible needles from sewing. Her mascara , which had been perfect was slightly smudged, because she had damn near started crying out of sheer frustration from being pricked with the damn needles so much.

Axel was surprised she didn't spring on him spitting curses and trying to disembowel him until he saw her blood-spotted fingers--and Axel well knew the consequences of fighting with injured hands.
That said, there were several different possibilities. She could be trying to get him comfortable, or she could be resisting violence out of vanity or a lack of confidence. Likely vanity. Either way, Axel knew to watch his step--and that meant not going up to lean casually against the tree, as he might have in earlier times. One wasn't so reckless around a girl who controlled lightning.
Instead he walked farther into her line of sight, his stride full of cocky dominance. Stopping, he set one hand on his hip and the other on his chin, eyes flicking up and down in a quick appraisal. "You look...a little less dead than I expected. What's the story? Didn't feel like checkin' in with Xemnas? 'Cause even I shirked a little and Saïx was a dick about it."
His smirk said he knew the story, though. Even if Larxene had somehow survived, she wouldn't have had an ice cube's chance in hell. The Organization would have tracked her down and killed her. Most likely, she had returned to (non)being just like Axel himself and apparently some of the other Organization members had--but like he was going to pass up a chance to point out her position.
Not that Axel's was any better, but she didn't have to know that.

"I have yet to come across Xemnas" The Nymph replied, wincing a little at the sight of her fingers, she pulled her gloves on to hide the blood-spots and frowned. She stood, brushing her uniform skirt off. She found the uniforms ugly and quite irritating, though she had already had that discussion with Saix, and had to deal with the disgustingly short skirt. She ran a hand through her hair slightly "I have already spoken to Saix, though I haven't seen the superior" She merely shrugged, watching the redhead. She wanted to lunge at him, claw his eyes out and cause him screaming pain, but the nymph had aching hands from that blasted class and she had to control her hatred for him.

Saïx was around? Well that might make things easier--or harder, depending on how they reacted to him. Axel knew very well that Kingdom Hearts must have been destroyed and Xemnas must have been defeated and things must have generally gone south, because he knew Roxas had rejoined Sora and that packed a punch. In which case it was very possible that not only was Larxene and maybe more from Castle Oblivion coming back to haunt him, but that Xemnas was returning from a metaphysical outing of his own. In which case he had to see the importance of coming back and in whoever came back and he wouldn't be so quick to destroy.
...Well a lot of that sounded like wishful thinking, but it was a good excuse to pose when and if he did encounter the Superior face to face.
But in the meantime, Larxene had that look in her eye like she was about to descend upon some small, defenseless thing without mercy and Axel didn't care to play victim. "Mmmm." He crossed his arms, thoughtfully tapping his chin with his index. "In that case, I'm guessin' he's already forgiven you and the other guy...whatsisname. Which makes sense to me, y'know? It all happened so long ago..." He smirked in a way that suggested otherwise. "I forgive you too. No hard feelings. Well, no feelings at all. But you get my drift."
Not that he had forgiven her. It'd take a heart to do that, really, and he didn't actually have something to forgive her for. The Organization was just a means to an end, and she'd jeopardized nothing for Axel. If Marluxia had overtaken Xemnas with Sora at his side, that wouldn't really have been according to plan, but Axel would have allied with them anyway.
It just didn't happen to work out that way, and Larxene died.
Whoops.

"Forgiven? Hardly"[/b] Larxene replied, if she could laugh at Axel's statement, she would. Forgivness...such a stupid thing to even think about. She stood up, brushing her uniform free of stray blades of grass. Larxene may be a student, but she still had her vanity, and her pride as a Nobody. Though one could hardly be happy, without a heart. She flicked a flower petal off her skirt, looking at the pyro curiously. "I've heard a few of the others are here as well..other than just Saix, you, and Xemnas..." She stated, eyes sparking. "I think I saw Demyx in the halls..but I wasn't sure.."

One of Axel's eyebrows practically undulated upward like a tail. "Hardly?" he pressed, interpreting Larxene's indirect and increasingly innocuous gestures as acceptance and moving closer. He wasn't going to make for the tree just yet, but he slipped one hand into the pocket of his uniform and knew that to any passing student or teacher it would just look like a pair of upperclassmen taking a free moment to chat. After all, that was what it amounted to, in the end. "You seem pretty damn alive. I know the boss man isn't exactly a stickler, but if he hadn't forgiven you at least a little bit I'm pretty sure you'd be just as dead as I expected you to be." Unless she hadn't seen Xemnas at all, but he was the freaking principal. The man had to know she was there, right? Which meant he had to know Axel was there, which meant...
Am I clear?
He snapped out of it just in time to hear the other comment, but not in time to react to it immediately. "Others? Saïx and--Demyx, hmm..." Demyx was just a ripple in the game plan, unimportant. Marluxia, on the other hand, it would kind of suck to have around.
Axel's eyes flickered to Larxene again, not sure how much she was willing to divulge.
"What about our former Lord?"
Man it felt good to say that. With a capital G.
